Refund policy

Every item is made or packed for your order, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. If you have a question about fit, email us before you order.

If something’s wrong with your order, we’ll make it right. We replace items for free if they arrive:

• Damaged
• Misprinted or poorly embroidered
• Different from what you ordered (wrong item, size or color)

To request a replacement, email info@3waysbeef.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem. You won’t need to send the item back unless we ask.

If we can’t replace the item, we’ll refund you to your original payment method.
