We want you to love your 3Ways North Shore Beef™ merch. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

Gift cards and digital products are non-returnable.

Stickers and magnets are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in original packaging.
Exchanges

Exchanges depend on product availability.

If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll process a refund once your return arrives.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@3waysbeef.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and make it right with a replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return

Email info@3waysbeef.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you return instructions.

Ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange and send you a confirmation email.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order qualified for free shipping and returned items bring the total below $75, our standard shipping rate will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for funds to appear.
Holiday Returns
Orders placed in November and December may be returned through January 15 to make gift-giving easier.
